Grant Details
We’re delighted to announce a combined grant of NZD 150,000 from Lotto NZ and the Marlborough District Council.
Planned Works
- Dry Dock Repairs: Reinforce the graving dock walls to prevent water ingress.
- Roof Maintenance: Upgrade the protective canopy for full coverage of the hull.
- Sprinkler System Installation: Enhance fire-safety measures critical to long-term preservation.
Remedial works commence in July 2025 and are scheduled for completion by December, securing the vessel’s fabric and improving the visitor experience for years to come.
